1. The First Message

When you first contact me, we start with the fun part. We talk about possible locations, the ideal date and time, and the overall feel you are hoping for.

If you would like help with outfits, I am very happy to guide you. Coordinating clothing makes a huge difference in how cohesive and timeless your photos feel, and I love helping families put everything together.

If your session is more than a month away, I will pencil you into my calendar and we will confirm the date closer to the time.

2. Securing Your Date

Once you are ready to move forward, I will send you:

• A contract

• A short questionnaire so I can get to know you better

Your session is officially secured once the contract is signed and a 200 AED deposit is paid. The deposit is deducted from your final balance.

Life happens. If there is sickness, an emergency, or unsuitable weather conditions, we can reschedule your session and your deposit will be carried over to the new date.

3. Preparing for the Session

A few days before your session, I will message you to confirm all details and give you practical advice on what to bring, such as:

• Water

• Snacks for little ones

• A sweater if it gets chilly

• An extra outfit if needed

If you are planning an outfit change during an outdoor session, I recommend wearing shorts underneath and an appropriate bra that works with both outfits. This helps avoid visible straps or lines and saves editing time later.

4. During the Session

My sessions are relaxed and natural. I will gently guide you, but I also allow space for real moments to happen. The goal is not stiff posing, but connection, movement, and genuine expressions.

5. After the Session

Shortly after your shoot, I will send you a few sneak peek images to make the wait a little easier.

Your full gallery will be delivered within approximately 10 to 15 working days.

Turnaround times can be slightly longer in the winter season when bookings are at their peak, and shorter during the summer months when sessions are fewer due to the heat.

6. Video Add-Ons

If your package includes a video, I will begin working on it after your photo gallery has been delivered. The video will be completed shortly after, and I will email you once it has been added to your gallery.

7. Choosing & Downloading Your Images

Depending on your package, you will either:

• Receive the full gallery for download

or

• Select a specific number of images included in your package

The easiest way to download your selected images is to create a favorites list with the number of images included in your package, then download them all at once rather than one by one.

If you have a limited-image package and later decide you would love the full gallery, you can upgrade for 600 AED.

8. Editing & Retouching

All images delivered in your gallery are:

• Color corrected

• Straightened

• Carefully selected

• Ready to download

Not all images are detail retouched by default.

If you would like additional detail editing, please let me know. Depending on your package, a certain number of images may be included for detailed editing. Additional images are 20 AED per image.

Not every session requires extra editing. This is also why wardrobe choices matter. Wearing the appropriate undergarments and well-fitted clothing can make a big difference in the final result.

Raw files are not included in any package, as they are unfinished work and require specialized software to open and process.

9. Gallery Availability

Your online gallery will remain active for approximately two months. After that, it will be removed to make space for new projects, so please make sure to download and back up your images in time.
